1. Onyx 3
First we’ll start with Onyx 3. It’s a mighty impressive portable speaker. It sacrifices some of it’s portability in order to get better acoustics, but resulting in a rich and powerful bass. This could be the perfect speaker for family events or similar parties.

The conference call button is moved up with the rest of the buttons, like, volume, Bluetooth and power. All of this results in a clean design, only enhanced by the Harman Kardon logo. You couldn’t expect anything less when it comes to Harman Kardon.

It measures at 28cm x 17cm x 26cm, so you could say it’s not the most compact and small speaker. That is why the people at Harman Kardon have placed a handle on the rear of the speaker, so that it is easy to carry around. Like we said before, this speaker sacrificed some of its mobility in order to get better acoustics.
When it comes to sound, there are a few speakers that compare to the Onyx 3. Unlike some speakers that have a bass that is too powerful, to a point where it drowns the mids and highs, this speaker has amazing balance. The average charge of the battery is 5-6 hours. When it comes to size, the Onyx 2 is small and convenient. However, don’t let its size fool you, it can pack a mean punch.

The downside of this amazing speakers is the limited battery life and it’s weight. It weights at 7 pounds, so you could say that it’s not very convenient to carry around in a purse.
